We collect as little information as possible to run this service. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except as needed to deliver the stories to you.
Your Email Address: This is how we send you stories and communicate with you about your subscription.
Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card details.
Subscription Information: What plan you're on, when you joined, which story you're currently on, whether you've clicked links, and if your subscription is paused.
Technical Information: Basic server logs (IP addresses, timestamps) for security and debugging purposes. These are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Resend: Our email service provider. They handle sending your daily story emails. They only have access to your email address and delivery status.
Stripe: Our payment processor. They handle all payment transactions. We never see your full credit card details.
Cloudflare: Our hosting and CDN provider. They provide the infrastructure to deliver the service.
Supabase: Our database provider. They store your email and subscription information securely.
That's it. We don't work with advertising networks, analytics companies, or data brokers.

We track whether you click the link in your story emails. This is how we know whether to send you the next story or resend the same one. We do not track email opens or other email activity.

Correct Your Data: You can update your email address from your dashboard at any time.
Delete Your Data: Cancel your subscription and request account deletion. We'll delete your information within 30 days (except what we're legally required to keep for financial records).
Export Your Data: Request a machine-readable export of your subscription history.
Evening Stories is intended for adults and families. If you're under 18, please have a parent or guardian subscribe on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without parental consent.
